get an ebay intake a nice exhaust and a 4-2-1 header (anything but obx!!!!!) all together should run you like 700 dollars, then you can be a possible contender NOTE: this message was not supposed to be taken as an assholic remark (hahah i coined a new word), just trying to help a nice lady out!!!! EDIT: i notice that you have the same engine that is in my 89 SI, is yours automatic or manual?
