I used to live in Houston TX and that place was pretty strict to smog laws...... but I still passed my inspection even with the GReddy with gutted cat and open WG. I was lucky enough to take it some asian dude who does Honda modifications too. My visual should've failed but the actual smog test actually passed... I was like WTF?????
 ... just glad it passed tho  |
