nope, they do not come pre wired for vtec, and if you are planning on doing a mini-me(frankenstien or what ever you call it) do not do it, it will be the worst thing ever, and it will run like crap!
just do what i am going to do and drop a gsr engine, and go! (hold on the gsr swap in my car, but it will happen someday!)
