You wont blow it up dude. I know that you're not a ricer and gonna try pushing to mega-psi boost... speaking of LS, I found and pulled another one from the boneyard. Paid $180 for the whole swap (minus tranny). I sold it for $250 ha ha..

Anyway, my goal is 450-500 whp on my Teg this winter time. Selling some of my stuff already. Here's what I have a head of me:
-Upgrade to a full-race style turbo manifold
-Install MSD 6 or 7 ignition, cap, blasterSS, and 2 step
-Install 680cc or 720cc injectors
-Install JG/edelbrock IM (already acquired)
-Upgrade to Aeromotive FPR vice my B&M command flo
-Precission SC61 or Turbonetics/Garrett T3/60-1 turbo
-Redo my downpipe
-Downgrade my Fluidyne full radiator to a half size dual core
-Upgrade pistons to a 9.5:1 to 9.8:1, undecided on which brand yet. I have a few friends who can get me a deal for about $820 on pistons/rods kit
-Cunningham or Full-Race/Manley rods
-Darton Sleeves, bore/hone to about 83-84mm

Dyno tune.... again. If I have money left, then gotta get the car painted....

I'm broke as fuk. That is just my current plan. Of course during the project, something will come up and I will not be able to get some of the items I listed. But either way, I will hit those HP numbers even if it takes me till next Summer. My daily driver is running strong again like when I first boosted it ever since I replaced the head gasket and clean the crap out of the pistons. Like Pdiggs, I plan to do it all myself except the sleeving since I have no access to a machine that will install the sleeves correctly. Goodluck to everyone. Keep everybody updated and take pics
