ANYTIME someone offers you more than you're asking they're trying to play on your greed...
It's like when people try to buy parts off the parts trader and tell you they're buying it for a friend who ows them more than you need from them... they then ask if they can send you 7k for a 2k purchase and you wire 5k back to them... Only with the CC's they just offer to pay whatever they think will make you say OK. Don't do it. Especially don't mess with singapore... they will put you in jail for the rest of your life for eating bubble gum (well till a couple of months ago).
