anything w/ ibuprofen will help
now that its been awhile, you will want heat instead of ice cold restricts the capillaries and blood cannot get to the area, which is important for healing heat will cause vasodilation and allow more blood in to heal. Anything warm will work..Ive used lamps that have flexable arms...just dont burn yourself |
