It could be the o2... mine has a loose connection and it bogs like hell sometimes...

2 good ways of telling are:
A. If you FLOOR the car (pedal to the floor) it goes away... (at wide open throttle the car runs in closed loop (preset fuel maps).
B. Unplug the o2 sensor... the car won't run perfect but it will run better than it is now... the bogging will be gone.

It could really be a million things... how many miles are on the car?

It's most likely a sensor or the fuel pump... could also be an injector or the fuel pressure regulator...

Basically ANYTHING having to do with the ignition or fuel systems.

Is it throwing any codes? (check engine light).
