Dude, how could you be sure that this 500 plus whp SRT-4 is not drivable on the street for daily usage. I dont think anybody here can claim that they know the dynamics of this dodge engine.... I sure dont..... Either way, this Neon will take most of us on the streets even if it was down tuned to 400 hp.........
