If he keeps popping up, even through a proxy, he can still be traced. If it becomes more of a problem, we can contact his ISP. Its amazing how fast ISPs are to jump on this stuff sometimes. We haven't had to do this before, but another board I'm a member of (non-car) is very good at doing this sort of thing and would be happy to help out I'm sure
