If youre keeping it around/under 7psi resleeving alone the motor will definately hold up.

The rods are the same as b18b/a and theyre not wimps, really. LS rods can daily take the boost upwards of 12psi. Shotpeening the rods is an option, that would give them a bit more strength as well.

I know the stock b20 pistons would hold 7psi, no worries, but if you planned on going higher and are concerned about them, you might as well go aftermarket since you already have the entire crank out for resleeving. But it is NOT necessary IMO.
