Citizans arest is a VERY misleading thing though. Some guy around here at a 7-11 noticed some d00d beating down his wife and shit so we went to his car and pulled his "registered" gun and called the cops while holding the guy up. Needless to say, all the man did was stop what shouldnt have happened and did no harm to either of them. The nice man was sued by both husband and wife for his actions. America is a great place to live huh? That happened about 3 years ago. It was all over the papers, im sure someone in northern VA read about it?
Im not tyring to down in any way but the law is VERY GAY and im just saying watch out. Although what you did was completely 100% RIGHT!!! Lawyers make a living on this type of shit. =(
