yeah that is supposed to not only make you go longer...for obvious reasons, but also make u pop her head off when you hit the moment. you're supposed to take it all the way to climax and then tense up using your some muscle...pc i think they call it. i've tried to practice but i don't think i've accomplished it yet...so when it comes to sex i just think of baseball or something to keep going. my newest one is william hung from american idol shakin his bon bon
