Here is my story. One late night i was comming from work like 2am. It was raining and sliperry on the road. i hardly stop at a light. As i didn't care for that car, and i had only minor scratches i told the officer that i will fill it only if the girls wanna collect the insurance money for their car. They did not want to so they couldn't do anything.
