Ha ha ha...nonov is gonna jump on your ass too. although, I do understand what your intentions are.

My thoughts since I own both:
Depending on the approach and plan you want to execute on the motor. Either/or has potential depending on the purpose. I know somebody down the street from my crib who has a fully built B16 (basically a 1.7) who dynoed at an ass slapping 616.7whp/374.3 ft-lb torque 28psi and runs 11.2@132mph with boost turned down. Cant get traction.
Alot people dont understand how much power that is. Over 250whp on the ground is pretty hard to control, especailly on a light car with street tires.... and guess what, 250whp is achievable on a D16.

I think we can all agree that no matter what motor, providing ample r&d, money, time, and right parts, we can achieve our goal. I have been asked so many times as to why I didnt just do an engine swap from completely capable peak running D16 with low mileage to a used B16 with unknown condition instead of running the turbo kit. I dont even answer them anymore....
