what about strut bars? now i have heard of sway bars. are they the same as Strut bars? becuase i do believe they are..im just not sure. if so i was planning on either Neuspeed or Trust.

strut bars stiffen the chassis by connecting one shock tower to another helping the car plant the tires. The anti-sway bars directly bolt on to the lower control arms. They use the lower control arm pressures against each other to prevent the car from swaying or leaning.
