I wouldn’t think so. They have the same inertia exerted on them when the elevator rises or lowers as we do.

However, if you put them on one of those rides that require you to be 48 inch or higher, that will be a different experience for them when they go flipping out of the seat during a 90 degree turn and slam into a support beam. Now that would be different.
