My z6 couldn't be more straight forward...
It's a little tricky holding the set-screw in place as you tighten down the nut (I actually hold the set-screw a little behind where I want it so it turns into place while I tighten the nut)... But that's about it... Setting the cylinders is annoying but it's not difficult.
