Im going to recommend the Prokits, but I dont have any experience with H&R springs. Send Addict a PM. I know he had H&R springs on his Civic, as well as sportlines [which are lower then prokits.]
I can tell you that the prokits are not as agressive riding as sportier springs like the sportline, but again, I dont know enough about H&R to compare. I find the ride quality on the Koni and Prokits to be close to stock handling feeling of a BMW with sport suspension. This is a very good thing IMO! ![]() ![]()
