Mine was probably tying my muffler with a metal coat hanger but it did the job.

workin on my friends 2002 Cavy Z24 he got a intake for it. The throttle bodie is down by the front of the car and the intake box is on the left side of the motor up against the firewall. Well we wanted it to get more air so we turned the intake pipe down behind the radiator and the filter came down from under the car and sat about an 1inch off the ground LOL ! its not safe but its funy

When I FIRST got my first car... it came with NO stereo.. no am/fm no speakers... not even the friggen wiring...
I had a boombox with VERY BIG home speakers in there for MONTHS... it was great... Bought a tape deck and some speakers... they got stollen 2 days later... Back to the boombox... it was like that for almost a year... sounded fine... switching tapes was interesting though... (it was wedged between the back of the pass. seat and the rear seat.). Other than that just neglect... and no-choice situations... I've been riding around on COMPLETELY spun shock bushings since I did my rear-disk conversion... Just finally did the rear last night... The G-dam shock mount bolt snapped though So I had to chisel off the welded nut and re-use it... with a bolt that I found in the "bolt drawer" at my buddies shop... Pretty ghetto... but not too bad... Don't have any hubcentric rings on my wheels... Up until a month or so ago I had the stock honda lugs on my aftermarket wheels. My buddy used to have the ultimate ghetto ride though.. it was a 86 jetta with blue lights from caldor in the fender-wells and underbody... it actually looked pretty cool... couldn't tell it wasn't neon.. and it was funny because it was a TOTAL sh!tbox... But I try to avoid any ghettoness on my car... I generally try to think of what may happen and either plan for it or try to be prepared...

You sure you don't live in Kansas? I was with a friend in his SVO Mustang and we pulled up next to a guy with a huge ass muffler held up with a coat hanger. My friend proceeded to insult him for said hanger and then rape him hard when the light turned green.
