old people should be required to take a drivers test when they turn 65. a good majority of them would fail, keeping most of them of the roads. its insane, (i deliver pizza most days of the week) so I see some amazingly poor driving mostly from old men and women, middle aged women in SUVs, and anyone on a cell phone.
