Im not being racist, but Black People's culture isolates them from the rest of society - i mean, when black kids grow up, their role modles are gonna be succesfull black people - and the easiest way to see succesfull black people is to watch the Television (but the only ones are rappers and comedians) so, if you are growing up and that is all you see, you wont wanna be sucsesfull as a white collar worker cause you think its not for you.
