Without that it simply becomes word of mouth and that doesn't quite fly in the govt...especially in intelligence circles. But do you trust what's in the blue book to be true?

Sure the government has to publish something, but who's to say they're publishing the truth by any means? Afterall, they can't be trusted to be honest.....or can they?
