well it looks like pep boys have no clue on what they are talking about. your car is alinged fine and dandy at stock height. now if you lower it you will need to have it aligned. not only the camber changes during thedrop but the toe and front caster too (if it follows the design of the 90-97 accords with the radius rod). i can hook you up with a set of eibach springs for it for 225 shipped.

Also changing the wheels does not require the car to be aligned at all. you are not changing the geometry of the suspension and steering at all.
