1- i say sloted. drilled are good too but they are kinda hard on the pads.
2- i haven't seen a prelude and you may wanna specify the year so i can look it up.
3- bleeding is an easy job, but i dunno how it is done if the car has ABS.
4- HAWK HP Pads.

P.S. i have powerslot rotors, hawk pads and stainless steel braided lines. hit me up for some prices.
