the cops want it out of there anyway... they'll through a big red sticker on the window and the first tow company to see it and wants it will take it...

then they'll either sell it or part it out...

If you talk to the cops they MAY (not likely) allow you to have it towed... then you have to make a reasonable attempt to notify the legal owner... after that and proof of that you can file for a lost title..
