The sexiest sound
I'm sure this has probably been posted, or alluded to, or something, but I'm fixated enough on it to post it again.
Pontiac is reviving the GTO. On their website they have a sound clip of the new GTO revving. And it is the sweet, sweet sound of audio ecstasy. Listen to it, love it, embrace it with your soul. |

For me, the sexiest sound is my man's then next is the sound of gear drive with a built engine together as one (think muscle cars) .......makes me wet just thinking about it..........wooooohhhooooo!!!! DAMn I'm horny!

I'd have to say the noise a girl makes as you kiss her neck. Car wise, a Diablo has always been my favorite. Bike wise, the sound a Yosh pipe is F*CK'n awesome.

being that i grew up on a drag strip the sweetest sound to me is when they start the fuel cars, they start on gas and are all normal, they then kick onthe 200 GPM nitro pumps and it gets all pissed off, couple that with the bunrout and pass and there's is nothing like it, as far as street cars though, the Big block chevy's have the best sounding note with a nice lopey cam and a weiand 871 blower out of the hood. modern cars....there's nothing like the sound of the WRX i built as it comes on boost, coming at you it sounds lik a vacuum cleaner, going away it sounds like an airplane(see Jun Hyper-Rev GC8 impreza).

Car-wise...I love the sound of a V8 reving high and then popping it's blow-off valve (turbo or blower). An F40 sounds sweet too reving to the redline...made my hair stand on end. That new GTO is just plain pussy shit.

Either one of the older 1.5L boosted CART engines coming out of a fast turn, or an air-cooled boxer with open pipes. I was thinking Porsche, but modded Subies sound pretty nice too.
Oh, and a Bach fugue on a big pipe organ. |
