I think that it should all be eye for an eye in terms of punishing people. Sometimes my friends and I have crazy political discussions and when it comes to that and I say that some of them are all like, "Ewe, that is inhumane." but I think anyone that inflicts pain on anyone else should just get it right back. Unless they are mentally disabled or whatever and they really are unaware of what they did.
