heh, Romanian citizen for another year. that reminds me i have to go and fill out my us citizenship application. i'm eligible to apply for it since june 12th

Hong Kong was a British colony up to (I am guessing here, its been a while) 1999. So, if he lived in Hong Kong, even if was AZN, he was a British citizen.
