The cops in middle GA have hassled kids for many years. Even my parents notice it, the cops are just always out trying to bust kids for the most ridiculous crap. It's easy revenue. Arresting and jailing burglers and muggers doesn't earn money, traffic tickets do.

Tint laws aren't exactly such a bad idea. They do reduce the visibility out of a car, something that makes driving less safe. Sure you may like it during the day, but 10-2% at night in the rain can be damn hard to see out of, aka less safe. Driving without a seatbelt should be your choice, it's your life....but seeing out of a car, that's MY or somebody else's life on the line.....
