hondas come from the factory with an anti theft device the keys have a code on them. if you swaped out the ecu the code is diffrent from the one on your key. if you call honda and can prove to them to there satisfaction that the engine and swaped parts are not stolen they will give you temp code that will allow the car to be started for 24 hours. untill you can get the car to the dealer ship and once at the dealer ship they will reprog the ecu to start with your keys code.
