You can still have an orgasm that's not from the g-spot when you don't stimulate your clit during sex, so is that considered 'not really having an orgasm'?

And some girls just don't know how to have an orgasm I don't think. Like some girls I have talked to are scared to have one. Wtf? So it's not always the guys fault if a girl can't have an orgasm no matter how much sex she's had and how long of a time he's taking.
