Seriously Opak.. Theres nothing to under estimate about a civic.. They arent all that. My car doesnt feel any slower at 75K miles then it did at 20K. I have a few friends that are into VWs big time! And I can tell you, a solid VR6 with a good driver will smear a D16 with a good driver. So either that Vr6 wasnt running right, or the driver wasnt running it right. Who knows. But the fact of the matter is VR6s, while they arent the most powerful motors on the road they will put a good whipping on a D16 engine thats been lightly moded.
