Does tire brand really matter??? the tires Im gettin has a lifetime manufacter warranty. Im getting something called "Ultra Radial HPR" tires. searched the whole internet and couldnt find that brand. anyone know anything about them?

I saw a post somewhere on the forum saying that 215/45/17 will give extra rubber for protection over 205/45 or 215/40. this true??
