take off the catalytic converter

you'll see blocks of honeycomb material inside... take a screwdriver or chisel and a BFH and smash it into little tiny pieces till it all falls out...

then re-install it.

when you go for emissions testing you can stuff it full of steel wool and you'll pass (maybe)

good luck..

P.S. a good hi-flow cat from catco will cost you 50 bucks... and probobly won't get you a HUGE fine.
