I really dont understand why an air induction system would have to pass a CARB test?
Wouldnt the only thing that would scarcely matter.. be the stuff POST-combustion, ie.. before/after the cat?? I mean, thats what the CARB board was originally put together for right? Why would it matter about the method used to draw air from the atmosphere?
