overpowering in 8 ohm.?? overpowering would be 1ohm...that amp is a 2 ohm stable amp.........take that sub down to 2 or 4 ohms........you'll get more outta it.....home audio runs in 8 ohms....car audio runs 4 and below......get that thing outta 8 ohms ASAP.......your hardly pushing any power at all
