well i don't like having partitions on my drives. however on my desktop when i had 2 or more drives in i had them on fat32. in case winnt/2k/xp pro crashes you can get to your data with a bootable floppy. also fat 32 manages space a lot better. on a 30 gig hdd with fat 32 i have about 1.5g more than a fat 16.
