Yeah I would check all your seals to make sure everythings good. If you replace the head gasket, Id get a little thicker one to drop compression so you can run a little more boost. You will also want to Make sure you have plenty of fuel and spark so you arent detenating. And Dyno Tuning is always a plus. It will give you an even more reliable motor, and bring out some extra lost power at the same time.:: Sorry I cant tell you how much power youll gain Im not very familar with accords.
