I'm sorry... but you will never see that living in Japan really.
1) 99% of the cars are mega slow, and won't let you go above 100kph (read:60mph)... 2) the cops there don't get to carry guns, maybe a bataan and a whistle... 3) you don't get to drive a Skyline... you get a bicycle... It'd be like saying that you want to be a Texas Trooper for this:  sorry, just a reality check from Ducky...
