6:12 EXREMELY BAD! I have had a bad knee ever since high school (from running track and cross country and always cross training between seasons). This year I was doing pretty well and my knee went out. I spent about 45 min at a First Aid station having this really hot chick rub down my legs the whole time...
 My first year I ran it in 4:15...Really good, especially for a first year. Was I disappointed with my time this year? No. I expected it. I am glad I crossed that line... |

man thats so cool.. ive been running for about 5 months now and have only worked my way up to 8k's but in a years time i would love to be doing half marathons.

I pulled the pictures off of the Marathonfoto site. That is the only size they let you view unless you decide to purchase...
