I like your choice those are great tires, I would have gone 195-55, it would have offered you more of a tire selection, or 195-50 would have unlocked many wonders, and despite your worries about having a low profile those are hardly low profile.

At 55 you could have had the RE010s stock equipment on the ITR, those tires are like pencil erasers, very soft very sticky, dont last long, or at 50 you have the RE730s and S03s.

But since you are staying stock you will not be disappointed with the 950s those tires use the UniAT2 anyway, which you will notice in the rain. One thing I can say about the potenzas are, keep up the tire pressure F/32 R/30 (cold) that is a perfect combo with the 60 profile, reduces some of that sidewall flex, and gives you a more direct feel
