Gauge cluster brightness...brighter?

he's probobly got a electroluminesent gauge cluster, my moms lexus is the same way....and my car its not a paper face gauge. i'll see if i can find pics of mine. my cluster isnt lit by bulbs, i have like... rods in there that emite light... kinda hard to explane
