im pissed
after 3 days of solid downloading on stupid ass kazaa I finally got a copy of Ringu (Japanese version of The Ring (which is much better Im told)). I was so excited and waited until tonight to watch it...I got a pizza, some candy and connected my laptop to the tv for better video viewing...I settled down into my chair and the movie started....
not EVEN 3 minutes into it, the video stops and then my computer crashes. Ok no big deal just restart and try again...no go...same problem, same spot. Then I thought, "ok so maybe its something to do w/ watching it on the tv". So I disconnected the cables and had another go at it...nope. So by this time Im completely pissed off...3 days of letting my computer go and go w/o a break on stupid ass kazaa...and for what? A 3minute video that doesnt even work in windows media player (yes I have all the updated and divx codecs). I just wanted to vent...thanks for reading... Hopefully tomorrow, after I change debs oil my friend will come over w/ his ringu and I can watch it then...still I had the night all planned out... maybe Ill go rent the US version instead... |

That really sucks, but you have to remember that you're watching pirated movies... no guarantees

oh Im a pirate movie veteran...I tried all my tricks...it still caused it to freeze up and me having to reboot
I deleted the file and after talking to my friend...he tells me that he had the file for months...AND i was talking to him about it yesterday...think he couldve just said "you can just borrow my burn of it"...but no... ah well...Im getting that burned copy from him tomorrow, and hes getting a free quart of mobile 1 (we're changing oil tomorrow) |

i tried divx's player as well...just had to be the file...no doubt about it...oh well...problem is getting solved tonight

it pisses me off more when i download a video (im on 56k) so it takes a bout a week, then i finally get the mocie. And it isn't the dam movie i wanted..
