Sorry for the delayed response
The head came off of a f22a4 (91 ex) so i am pretty sure it will also fit the f22a6. I am not really sure on how much more horsepower was gained from putting this on because the car was not dynoed before and after. But it made a HUGE difference in the pick up and top end, it was a lot different then stock for sure.
