Usually all you'll affect is that, but I think you can find pulleys for the AC as well.

Unorthodox Racing (I believe that's their name) sells an underdrive pulley for the main crank pulley, but I believe that requires removal of the harmonic balancer. You don't want to remove the harmonic balancer if you plan on keeping your engine for any real length of time.

Sounds like you're dead on.

I have the AEM set... maybe a little bit of low end improvement, but its hard to tell with only a butt dyno.
