Parents buy the car. He works a lot to buy those misc. items for his car, SHABAM! there ya go. pretty easy ya?

or you can look at it like this.....
he's an in-town drug dealer/pimp who's business is booming and with his side earnings from the job, he gives the ho's the better high heels, the drugs more sparkles to make it look more..... tasty i guess, and with all the rest of his 8,000 dollars he buys a car with a bunch of upgrades and hope he doesn't get audited.
