I've personally dealt with Jerome Soh of Sohfast, and I'd reccomend them. The problems he's encountered were NOT of him selling known stolen motors, rather, the suppliers of his engines were obtaining stolen motor and Jerome didn't verify all of them, hence he ran into problems when some of the motors he sold were traced back to their original cars which were stolen. Not Jerome's fault...:
