That should be a pretty reasonable price for 16 inch rotas.. maybe a little more. (less then $100 for the 16s.) But if you look around you should be able to find them for that price. Check out www.groupbuycenter.com they usually always have specials on rotas.
I like the slipstreams, but thats just me. Get which ever ones you like best. Since people taste differ.
