you dont pump, you "threshold break" and you can even do it with ABS equiped cars. It will stop you faster and keep you in better control of your car. I guess its something you just pick up when you live up here but ABS sucks and I wish I could turn mine off. Its put me in too many close calls, i dont like when the car thinks for itself... thats what I'm there for!

I would either like to get a SHITLOAD of snow or for it to warm up. This middle ground we're in up here isn't much fun. We got maybe an inch yesterday afternoon and it just turned to ice. And because of this crappy snow we've got I wasn't paying attention to the roads (because it wasn't alot of snow) and I ended up going sideways on an off ramp from the highway. Too top it off I didn't have my seatbelt on, everything is alright and I didn't hit anything. now that i think about it, it was really cool!
