that's really quite sad, even if he didnt go to jail i think that would almost be worse having to live with just the guilt and he probly sees her every so often, who knows. Sad that things liek this have to happen.

That doesn't have to happen but it will. we might not drink and drive, but someone else will, and it will happen again, no matter what we will do.
